ZEVODAT-flash™ – Data capture for your road tanker fleet

ZEVODAT-flash™ is an electronic device to use for the indication, data storage, control, and transfer of measured values such as mass, volume, temperature, etc. Control functions for the measuring system components, such as the pump, valves, sampler, are already integrated in this device.
The printing interface allows for the additional option of printing out all relevant data significant for the supplier.
All the described functions of the ZEVODAT-flash™ are typically required for the collection of milk by tank trucks.

Cooling Tank Surveillance with VATGuard

The VATGuard contains following functions:
  • 2 pc. temperature sensors: One Temperature sensors placed in the lower end of the cooling tank and one temperature sensor places in the middle of the cooling tank.
  • 1 pc pressure transmitterThe pressure transmitter shall be mounted in the bottom of the cooling tank
  • Data communication: GPRS communication to the MTC system
  • The failure message:
    • 1. The message OK (green lamp) for the storage of the Milk and the CIP was accepted
    • 2. The message NO (red lamp) if
      • A) The milk cooling is outside the temperature requirement
      • B) The CIP temperature- and the CIP time is outside the requirement
      • C) The CIP is missing

TOC II Cabin Computer

The TOC II computer– Transportation and Office Communicator is placed in the driver cabin, and is wireless connected via GPRS/3G to the MTC IT Cloud system at the office. Information regarding routes, orders, mail/messages and registrations are automatically transmitted between the TOC II and the MTC – no printed lists or paper work for the driver.
The TOC II Computer is specially designed and developed for use in trucks. It´s rugged construction makes it very resistant towards temperature fluctuations, vibrations, humidity and variations in power supply. The TOC II Computer has touch screen and is based on Windows 8. The TOC II Computer can handle different peripheral equipment for collecting the necessary data to the MTC IT Cloud system.
The TOC II Computer is connected to the office MTC system via GPRS/3G, showes information and handles registrations for the driver as:

MobiCom Computer for Milk Collection and registration

The MobiCom Computer is a mobile data collecting computer for delivering and collecting of liquids. It has built-in GPS-system for tracking, identification and registration of the supplier and destination.

  • The MobiCom Computer has a 110 mm receipt printer and a 55 mm label printer for bar code labels.
  • Functions: Registration of amount, temperature, pressure and controlling of the test sampler.
  • Wireless data communication with GPRS 2,5G//3G/HSDPA between the milk tanker and dairy.
  • The MobiCom Computer can control up to 4 test samplers at a time during each collection.
  • Bubble detector which detects the air bubbles during the pumping process to ensure a correct pump speed.

S12 Computer for Milk Collection and registration

The S12 Computer is a mobile data collecting computer for delivering and collecting of liquids. It has built-in GPS-system for tracking, identification and registration of the supplier and destination.

  • Functions: Registration of amount, temperature, pressure and controlling of the pump, test sampler and flow meter.
  • Wireless data communication with GPRS 2,5G//3G/HSDPA between the milk tanker and dairy.
  • The S12 Computer can control up to 4 test samplers at a time during each collection.
  • Bubble detector which detects the air bubbles during the pumping process to ensure a correct pump speed.
  • Vacum detector to detect too high vacuum level which can cause cavitation.
